Christchurch's suburban office landlords are slashing rents by up to a quarter as tenants return to the central city.
With so many new and partly-constructed buildings in town, a glut of suburban office space is fast emerging as post-earthquake leases expire.
Property manager Phil Watkins is looking for tenants to replace the Ministry of Education when it vacates its Addington premises for Hereford St next year, and said the tables had turned. Read more on Stuff:
