APIA has kindly extended an invitation for members of other PIAs to attend their next online event.
COVID-19, election 2020 + confronting real & perceived challenges
Andrew King, the Immediate Past Executive Officer of the New Zealand Property Investors' Federation sits down with APIA General Manager Sarina Gibbon to talk about Covid-19 and other challenges facing property investors in the next 12 months.
For over 20 years Andrew has been a mainstay of the property investor community. In that time, he had served in various leadership roles for both the APIA and the NZPIF, been acknowledged as a spokesperson for NZ landlords and made tremendous contributions from behind the scenes to advance the interest of PIAs nationwide.
In light of the unprecedented challenges of Covid-19, Andrew's experience and perspective are more valuable than ever before.
Topics for discussion include:
Covid-19: vs GFC and other economic events in the last 20 years, the permanence of the government's and the market's response, coalface challenges and saving graces facing investors and the long-term distorting effect of the virus;
Election 2020: what is at stake for investors and how it is affected by Covid-19;
