Canterbury Property Investors' Association is the go-to organisation for all things property investment in Canterbury.
It's a local association composed of about 600 members who have an interest in property investment, whether residential or commercial. Here's some more information about us.

CPIA has a vast source of resources and expertise when it comes to property investment. We hold events such as forums, conferences, breakfast clubs and more, in which we network and share our knowledge and experience. We can give you access to the best in the business, keep you informed about regulation changes that will affect investors, give you access to our tenants' register and connect you with the right services across the property investors' industry. You'll get a copy of our quarterly magazine, membership to the national body New Zealand Property Investors' Federation and its quarterly magazine, plus exclusive membership benefits!
04 How much does is cost?
CPIA's annual membership is just $250. For first-time members, there's an additional $25 fee for your CPIA membership card, which you can use to access the range of discounts that we offer to our members.
