    Mike Catton
    Mike Catton

    Mike Catton is passionate about high performance and personal growth. He’s won international awards for his training and spends most of his time delivering programmes to corporates across New Zealand.  Goal setting and attainment is dear to his heart, whether it be business goals or personal goals. He had success in the UK rental market, creating a niche business prior to emigrating to New Zealand.

    Aaron Cassidy

    Aaron Cassidy, a born “numbers person,” is a Chartered Accountant and business advisor at Duns Accountants and Business Advice.

    Aaron's main interests are transport and property investment. He is passionate about management reporting, business planning, systems improvement and budgeting.

    Aaron is a property investor outside of his professional capacity and acts for numerous property investors, builders and developers.

    Rod McKenzie
    Nerida Britten

    Nerida  actively buys and renovates properties for the student market and loves to find ways of adding value to properties to benefit both owner and tenant. Nerida has been a property investor for more than 15 years and served on the CPIA committee for four years. 

    Mark Revis

    Mark is a chartered accountant who retired from practice in 2014 to pursue property activities full time. He assists property investors to grow their property portfolios by developing strategies to maximise returns while managing risk.

    Mark is a member of the Institute of Directors, has served on CPIA’s executive committee and chairs the CPIA guardian committee.  He sits on the Waimakariri District Council Economic Development Advocacy Group.

    Aaron Keown, MC

    Aaron Keown is a well-known Canterbury public figure. He is a CDHB board member, city councillor, comedian, actor and musician.

    Rod McKenzie
    Tony Mounce

    After 34-years in personal and business banking, Tony Mounce is very familiar with the New Zealand banking system having worked in housing, investment, commercial and farming divisions.

    Tony set up Tony Mounce Mortgages & Insurance in 2009 and gets huge satisfaction from helping people set financial goals and build protection against unforeseen circumstances. His biggest thrill though is in seeing the word “yes” on an approval letter.

    Nicola Valentine

    Nicola Valentine, PropertyPlot founder and CEO, is a successful young investor with a high level of expertise in both analysis of prospective property purchases and managing the performance of an existing portfolio. She has a strong focus on assisting new investors by providing them with the information and tools necessary to ensure success.

    Rod McKenzie

    Rod McKenzie is currently involved in business mentoring, internet marketing, and helping his wife, Janette, with their property portfolio. Quality research and analysis has been a major factor in their success.

    Rod will talk about the fundamentals of measuring profit in investments, using a simple spreadsheet for typical residential investment scenarios.

    Rowan Aspros

    Rowan is a senior associate at Corcoran French Lawyers.  She is an experienced property and commercial lawyer who provides a highly competent personal service to clients and business associates. 

    Rowan assists property investors with legal issues arising from their rental portfolio and ensures that correct ownership structures are in place for their personal assets. 

    Outside of the law Rowan enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren.

    Claire Wilson

    Claire Wilson co-owns A1 Property Managers Ltd alongside her husband, Hamish.

    They have a large property portfolio and are currently actively buying residential property, have several developments under construction and have a great passion for inspiring and educating others to invest in property. Claire has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to property management. She creates simple systems for effective management to ensure happy tenants, owners and creditors.

    Barbara ran her own marketing consultancy business for 12-years before turning to property full time in 2005. Her marketing skills helped her research and deliver properties with maximum appeal to the target market, and modify her strategy according to market conditions. She has completed renovations, town house developments, and most recently a minor dwelling. Barbara now holds a property portfolio for passive income, and assists other investors to achieve their property goals.
