CPIA is the go-to organisation for all things property investment in Canterbury.
It's a local association composed of about 550 members who have an interest in property investment, whether residential or commercial.
Our investors are young and more mature, first-time investors and seasoned professionals. They may have one rental property or 20, but they all have one thing in common: a passion for property investment.
CPIA is administrated by a voluntary executive committee elected via democratic proceedings each July. It was the first property investors' association in New Zealand, starting in the early 1970s out of a need to get landlords' voices heard. Other similar associations soon started around the country, and in the late 1970s a national federation was formed.
The goal of CPIA is to inform and support our members, and provide insight to take their property investment to the next level. Plus, we offer our members exclusive access to a raft of benefits.
We'd love to have you join us!
